I slid this into a new Atomos Ninja Inferno, hit the format button and then with my Nikon D850 successfully recorded a clip—nice and easy. The footage looks awesome. The Atomos indicates just under five hours of recording time in Pro Res HQ. The case is metal rather than plastic. It’s nice to not to have install the SSD into the caddy. This is the way to go.
