instructions are like ikea hard to tell up from down so go to last picture to figure out. If missing parts best to return for exchange because your parts will be coming on a slow boat from China SERIOUSLY!Perfect fit in my laundry room!For my needs it is perfectTwo screws didn’t fit where they were supposed to go but it looks great and hold my items well. Let’s see how long it lasts. It took no more than 3 hours to assemble and I did it by myself :)It took me 3 hours to put this storage rack together. I followed the worst instructionsEvery written. IDisassemble direct three times then I finally just looked at the picture on the box to help me put it together the picture was better but I wouldn’t buy anything else from this company if all the instructions are going to be just terrible but I like the rackThe box was damaged upon delivery, and when we put it together, we found that the top shelf was noticeably bent. It does not affect the unit, but aesthetically, it does not look great.If it weren't for the fact that it was a bit of a pain to put together, and we could not wait to get a replacement, we would have sent it back to be replaced.Pretty easy to assemble, I was able to do it myself fairly quickly. Had it for about a month and it's been pretty stable. Some parts came a little dented but probably due to shipping, they easily bent back into shape.Sturdy, light weight, and plenty of spaceGreat extra closet for small apartmentsshelf wires were quire bent out of shape and hole in frame for the screws were not drilled one of the support frames :(
