Exactly as described by seller. I use this on my side table by my recliner. I use the larger sleeve for my iPad and the 4 mesh pockets work great to hold my remote controls, pens, eyeglasses, magnifying glass, etc. The size is perfect, it balances well when used on a table. I do have a few magazines that sit on top to secure it when i put my iPad in the larger pocket so it doesn't slip. But, so far, no slipping issues. I couldn't be happier. A great find for a great price. I would buy this again.
