I recently bought a swim spa and wanted a holder for my new floats, swim chairs and noodles. This is a very attractive holder but I did have issues with the dividers not being wide enough to attach to the frame. I contacted the company and after some trial and error, it was determined that the frame was faulty. They sent me a new frame and everything fit together. Very pleased with my purchase. It is sturdy, attractive and well designed. I am sure it will last a long time....now we no longer have an ugly mess of pool "stuff" laying around. Seems expensive but it does the job.It was easy to assemble and looks great! I was worried I would be disappointed but I am very pleased with my purchase. You do get the quality for the price. The construction took some effort as the bolt holes don’t all line up well as you bolt everything together. The back section that holds rafts could use a vertical bar in the middle so your rafts don’t bend backwards and want to fall out.Works as advertisedIt's very sturdy and functional keeping your pool floats, noodles and pool toys off the floor and organized. We are organized & we wanted something for our floats/noodles/dog pool toys that looked nice & wouldn't stand out like a sore thumb. This was perfect. It came with very thorough assembly directions! Very nice & looks good for our pool floats/noodles. Would recommend this over the mesh net ones. And it has wheels, so it rolls wherever we need it!This is a solid well-constructed accessory. Once it's together you're going to be happy with it. The pieces are easily identified, the instructions are clear, and it looks great. The screws go together using a supplied allen (hex) wrench. You will go BONKERS trying to put this together with this fiddly thing. You will want a proper driver of some kind - a cordless drill or at least a good solid screwdriver. It is a 6 mm hex bit you're going to need. Buy one, borrow one, do whatever you need to do, but you'll hate your life trying to put this together with the supplied hex wrench. All I could think about putting this together with my cordless drill was how awful this would be if I didn't have the drill. This next bit of advice goes for any piece of DIY furniture - don't fully tighten all of the screws until all of the screws are at least on their threads. Some of the pieces have some flexibility to them and others do not, and if you screw them down hard you won't be able to align the holes for the other ones. At each stage, put them all in a little, then screw them all down. Also - be very very careful removing the protective packaging. There is tape holding some of it on, and if you cut it off too aggressively, you're going to cut the wicker too and ruin your new storage caddy.
