I put my cleaning items on the last shelf to keep them close and have them ready for a quick clean of my shower. The shelf holding them gave and rolled all the way down the pole. It's held by stretchy bands, but these could not handle the weight. Other than that they do hold up to 3 big shampoo and conditioner bottles, I'm unsure why it couldn't hold 2 medium sized spray bottles for cleaning. Anyways, still a great buy. Exactly as pictured! <3It was very easy to put together and install. Well I did have to stand on the rim of my tub to get some height. Overall its pretty good. The shelves are big so it can hold my wider bottles . The only thing that was a problem is things tip over because its not a solid bottom so I had to put some baskets on it .I have another of these in my house and this one is not as sturdy. Full disclosure the one I already had is from Frontgate - current price $299!!!!! With that in mind, this one is very nice for the price. Once put together correctly (took a couple tries to figure out that the rubber O rings must be put on after (below) you've added the shelf - the shelf slides down on to the O ring. Try not to do what I did because the O rings stretch out if you finagle them too much. Fortunately, the company provides several extras.In my opinion, the O rings should be sturdier and a little thicker to grasp the shelf tighter and hold it in place. If you decide to move the shelf up or down too much (your shampoo bottle doesn't fit), the O ring will give out (and then you'll have to remove any other shelves that are below that one to put a new rubber ring on). Then the other rubber rings might also stretch out. My recommendation is once the package is delivered, take one of the O rings to home depot and buy thicker ones before you put the unit together.The O rings aren't that big of a problem I just wanted to maybe help others because I had to take the thing down a couple of times. Other than the O rings, it's a very nice product for the money.It also comes with several S hooks. These come in very handy. I was able to hang my bathing suit to dry, my shower comb, etc.Once installed, I think you'll like it. Sure does come in handy if you don't have a niche to place your items!I am happy with this purchase. It took a few minutes to assemble but not a big deal. Seems very sturdy. Very heavy duty. Not light weight at all. If I had to mention a negative... it is slightly large for my space. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.Received my shower caddy. While the box was undamaged, one pole was crushed at the end, and another one was dented. I returned it for a replacement. The replacement arrived today. Two of the poles are dented on this one also. This is not a shipping issue, as neither the product box nor the packing box were damaged. This is not an inexpensive item, and for the cost of the caddy, I expected to receive an undamaged product. I'm disappointed in the quality. Fortunately, I can turn the dents towards the shower wall so they can't be seen. They say you get what you pay for. Apparently, that's not always the case.Very sturdy, nice big feet at the top and bottom of the poles. The rubber rings to set the shelf heights are very tight, I found it easiest to roll them rather than slide them. The only drawback is the metal shelves. The metal rods that make up the shelves are spaced too far apart. Anything small like a razor falls through, anything narrow, like a shampoo bottle falls over unless turned sideways. Fix: Bar netting. Or cabinet netting to drain upside down glassware. Water drains through the netting which also provides a stable surface. Note: If your shower is somewhat small, these shelves are rather large and can hog up some shower space.This was super easy to install, as long as you follow the instructions. Once I was able to setup the shelves, putting this in the corner of my shower was really a piece of cake. The pole itself will fit any shower in our home. We have a walk-in shower we were going to use this for but decided to put it in our kids' shower that has a standard tub. With our walk-in shower, it fit from floor to ceiling and even after putting shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles on it, this shower caddy didn't lean or start to tip over. To remove, it's best to give it your all to pull the pole down. When installing, we found that pushing the pole up against the ceiling and pushing in, then sliding the bottom on the tub was the best way for it to fit in perfectly. Again, once we had it in place and adjusted, put up the bottles, wash cloths, back scrubber and face washes and it has stayed perfectly in place since we installed it a couple of weeks ago. Whether the kids take a cold or hot shower, we have seen no rust even start to form or grow on this shower caddy. To clean it, the kids will spray it with foaming shower cleaner, let it sit and rinse off. Still looks good, minus the chunks of soap the kids have not scrubbed off.I love that it is wire shelves so the water drains off. Plenty of levels so each family member gets their own. The only improvement would be some hanging hooks that I saw in the picture but did not find with the item. Instead I added stainless steel silverware cups with drain holes for all our razors, soap, etc. Worked great!
